Qualifications
- 10+ years of executive leadership in large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.
- Experience leading remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 high-volume environments.
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed pharmacist in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto.
- Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.
- Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and safety with state boards and DEA standards.
- Lead continuous improvement and align launches with executive leadership.
