Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a VP, Call & Clinical Operations to build and scale the infrastructure supporting rapid growth across clinical call centers and pharmacy operations. Reporting to the COO, this executive balances cost, quality, and SLAs while driving inbound resolution and outbound revenue initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Proven ability to scale operations across multi-site or remote teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare and pharmacy settings.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and standardized processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, unifying 450+ agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity, patient engagement, and achievement of SLAs and initiative goals.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals to balance cost and growth.
• Ensure high-quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state boards and the DEA; manage safety standards.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance to align launches with readiness.
