Job summary

Fuze Health, a digital health leader, seeks an accomplished VP of Call & Clinical Operations to scale the infrastructure supporting rapid growth across clinical call centers and pharmacy operations.

Leading 450+ agents with 24/7 coverage, you will balance cost, quality, and SLA commitments while driving strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration with product, compliance, legal, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce of +450 agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity, patient engagement, and the execution of high-priority clinical and business initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for over 450 care agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service, quality, and growth.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team with modernized SOPs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state boards and DEA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and other leaders to align launches with execution readiness.
• Provide executive leadership across a large, remote or hybrid multi-site operation.
