Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to scale our patient-centric care delivery across a large network of agents and clinicians.

You will balance cost, quality, and service levels while driving inbound resolution and outbound strategies in a fast-growing environment. You will lead 450+ agents and licensed professionals, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner across functions to align launches with execution readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive leadership in clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing large, remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in a 24/7 high-volume environment.
• Pharmacy background with licensure and willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed.
• Deep expertise in regulatory compliance, state boards, and DEA standards.
• Strong change management and process engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy platforms with a 24/7 operation.
• Direct staffing, capacity planning, and performance standards for hundreds of care agents and licensed professionals.
• Drive regulatory compliance and safety across all operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with product, legal, compliance, HR, and finance to align launches with execution readiness.
