Fuze Health is seeking a VP, Call & Clinical Operations to build and scale infrastructure supporting rapid growth across clinical call centers and pharmacy operations. You will balance cost, quality, and SLAs while driving inbound resolution and outbound revenue strategies.

The role requires 10+ years of executive leadership in complex clinical call centers or pharmacy operations, with experience managing large remote or hybrid teams and tight regulatory standards.

Qualifications

10+ years of executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
Experience managing remote or multi-site teams in a 24/7 environment.
Pharmacy background and licensed pharmacist preferred.
Strong regulatory and quality management expertise.

Responsibilities

Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce.
Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.
Ensure compliant, high-quality performance across a large work-from-home team.
