Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks an accomplished VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead large-scale clinical call centers and pharmacy operations. You will scale 24/7 operations, drive performance, and align initiatives with regulatory standards across a multi-brand footprint.

You will manage staffing, capacity, and process improvements while partnering with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance to ensure seamless execution and patient-centric care.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive executive experience leading large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
Experience managing remote or multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in a 24/7 environment.
Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) in good standing; willing to obtain additional licenses.

Responsibilities

Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across multiple brands with a unified workforce.
Direct staffing and capacity strategies for hundreds of care agents and licensed professionals.
Ensure regulatory compliance with state boards and DEA; drive continuous improvement and operations excellence.
