Fuze Health in the United States is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to build and scale the infrastructure supporting rapid growth across clinical call centers, pharmacy operations, and related services.

The role leads 450+ agents with 24/7 coverage, ensures regulatory compliance, drives performance improvements, and partners with product, legal, HR and finance to align launches with execution readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations in high-growth, matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record managing large remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in a 24/7 high-volume environment.
• Pharmacy background preferred: graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed pharmacist (RPh).
• Operational excellence with process engineering, quality management, and scaling multi-site pharmacy fulfillment.
• Experience maintaining pharmacy compliance and interacting with regulatory authorities (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce of +450 agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and execution of high-priority clinical and business initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and other senior leaders to align launch timelines with execution readiness.
