Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a VP, Call & Clinical Operations to lead the Clinical Call and Operations vertical across multiple brands, managing a unified team of over 450 agents with 24/7 coverage.

The role requires extensive experience in clinical call centers, pharmacy operations, and scalable operations within high-growth organizations, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive executive experience in clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations in high-growth, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce of +450 agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for over 450 care agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service, quality, and growth.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team and modernize Rx contact center SOPs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and state board and DEA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and other leaders to align launch timelines with execution readiness.
• Provide executive leadership for large-scale remote or multi-site operations.
