Fuze Health is seeking an experienced executive to lead Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across a large, distributed workforce with 24/7 coverage. You will shape strategy, staffing, and compliance to deliver high-quality patient engagement and pharmacy operations.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare operations leadership, advanced degree in a related field, and a proven track record of scaling multi-site teams while maintaining regulatory standards. Travel up to 25% is expected.

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across multiple brands with a unified workforce and 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity, patient engagement, and key strategic initiatives.
• Manage staffing, capacity, performance, and quality across 400+ FTEs in remote/hybrid environments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across state boards and DEA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with product, compliance, legal, HR, and finance to align launches with execution readiness.
