Qualifications

• Ten-plus years of progressive executive leadership in clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.
• Experience leading large remote or multi-site teams in 24/7 high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, unifying a 450+ agent workforce.
• Drive operational maturity, patient engagement, and execution of high-priority initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for >450 care agents and licensed professionals.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and senior leaders to align launches.
