Fuze Health seeks a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead the Clinical Call and Operations vertical across brands. You will manage a unified, 450+ FTE workforce with 24/7 coverage, balancing cost, quality and service levels while driving strategic initiatives.

The role requires deep pharmacy background, regulatory savvy, and a track record of scaling operations in high-growth settings. Travel up to 25% is expected as part of leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and a Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) in good standing.
• Experience with large, remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs).
• Experience with regulatory boards and DEA.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across multiple brands, representing a unified workforce.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450 care agents and licensed professionals.
• Ensure high quality, compliant patient engagement and operational performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and other leaders to align launches with readiness.
• Drive executive leadership and strategic direction for 24/7 operations.
