Job summary

Fuze Health seeks an accomplished VP, Call & Clinical Operations to lead a vast, remote and in-person network of 450+ agents and licensed professionals. You will shape operations strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth with cross-functional leaders across product, compliance, legal, and finance.

Reporting to the COO, this role emphasizes staffing optimization, process improvement, and SLA adherence in a fast-evolving digital health setting. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience in clinical call centers or pharmacy ops.
• Experience leading large, remote or multi-site teams in 24/7 environments.
• Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) in at least one state, willingness to obtain licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the clinical call center and pharmacy operations for ~450 agents.
• Balance cost, quality, and SLAs while driving inbound/outbound strategy.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, legal, HR, and finance at senior levels.
