Fuze Health, based in the United States, seeks a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to build and scale infrastructure for rapid growth and to balance cost, quality, and service levels across 24/7 operations. You will lead a team of 450+ agents and licensed professionals, overseeing inbound calls and outbound strategies while ensuring compliance and performance excellence.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.

Mansioni

• Oversee and direct the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across multiple brands, representing a large workforce with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity, patient engagement, and execution of high-priority clinical and business initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service, quality and growth.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team and modernize Rx contact center SOPs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and state board/DEA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with senior leaders to align launch timelines with execution readiness.
