JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Client Solutions Architect Manager in Embedded Finance Solutions to drive client-ready configurations and bridge product capabilities with real-world challenges. You will lead technical demonstrations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value for complex client use cases.

In this role, you will support sales with pricing, deal stages, and account planning while gathering client feedback for product enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across a broad product set in fintech or payments.
• Ability to tailor technical configurations to complex client needs.
• Experience supporting sales with pricing, pipeline, and account planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead configuration and modification of products with technology teams for complex use cases.
• Support sales with solutioning, deal stages, and pricing guidance.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations to clients.
• Capture client feedback for product design and go-to-market planning.
• Engage clients, attend roundtables, and provide market feedback to product managers.
• Represent the organization at conferences and contribute to thought leadership.
• Provide training and guidance on new product capabilities.
