JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Client Solutions Architect Manager in Digital & Design to shape innovative client solutions and bridge product capabilities with real-world challenges.

The role collaborates with diverse teams to support the technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex needs. You will lead solution configurations, engage with client teams, and drive end-to-end demonstrations, architecture reviews, and multi-channel integrations across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across a related broad set of products and payments knowledge.
• Ability to apply deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a domain.
• Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Experience working with clients in technology and interfacing with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Leads configuration and modification of products and solutions for complex client use cases.
• Supports Sales in solutioning, pricing stages, and pipeline/account planning.
• Engages with client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Identifies development requirements for product design based on client feedback.
• Act as SME across digital channels, open banking, and integrations (API, host-host, SWIFT, mobile).
• Collaborates with Client and Sales & Service Partners to deliver multi-channel integration recommendations.
• Participates in client roundtables, strategy workshops, and thought leadership sessions as needed.
• Provides market feedback to Product Managers and assists with feature development and launches.
• Represents the organization at client conferences and trade shows.
• Provides training and support on new product/channel capabilities.
• Cover North America.
