JPMorgan Chase in Plano, TX is seeking a Client Solutions Architect Manager to lead technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions for complex client challenges. You will collaborate with Sales, Technology, and cross-functional teams to design viable customer solutions, oversee deployment from pilot to GA, and translate data insights into strategies that improve product adoption and profitability.

Qualifications

5+ years across a related broad set of products.
Deep technical understanding applied to solution configurations in a specific domain.
Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
Experience partnering with engineers and clients in a technology field.
Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

Monitors the health and performance of beta and pilot products to ensure optimal functionality and identify areas for improvement.
Conducts comprehensive data analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and forecast future outcomes.
Leads the configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases.
Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
Engages with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions.
Identifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback.
Safeguards a positive client experience through structured tollgates, pre-defined blueprints, and actively monitored feedback.
Manages solution advancement from launch to general availability.
Mitigates blockers that prevent product readiness and client adoption.
Collaborate closely with commercialization and go to market to improve product adoption and profitability.
Track and analyze how clients are using our products to ensure results are realized. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions offered to clients.
