Qualifications

• 5+ years across a related broad set of products.
• Deep technical understanding for solution configurations in a specific domain.
• Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers.
• Payments knowledge across Payables, Receivables, Liquidity, FX, Merchant Services.
• Knowledge of API, host-host, SWIFT, internet, and mobile.
• Familiarity with JSON, ISO 20022, SWIFT standards.
• Familiarity with SAP/Oracle ERP for finance and treasury contexts.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads configuration and modification of products in partnership with Technology for complex client use cases.
• Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Engages with client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities.
• Identifies development requirements for product design enhancements from client feedback.
• Functions as SME across digital channels, open banking, and integration solutions: API, host-host, SWIFT, mobile.
• Collaborates with Client and Sales to deliver multi-channel integration recommendations and solutions.
• Participates in client roundtables and strategy workshops; conveys client voice to Product teams.
• Provides market feedback to Product Managers during product lifecycle and future functionality planning.
• Represents the organization at client conferences and trade shows; contributes to thought leadership.
• Provides training and support on new product/channel capabilities.
• Covers North America.
