Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Solutions Architect Manager in Embedded Finance Solutions to lead the configuration and delivery of complex, multi-channel product solutions for clients with challenging requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in related products and solutions.
• Ability to apply deep technical understanding to client configurations.
• Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline, and account planning.
• Interfacing with engineers and clients in technology environments.
• Knowledge of payments products and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Leads configuration and modification of firm’s products to fit complex client use cases.
• Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Engages with client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Identifies development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback.
• Acts as SME across digital channels, open banking, and API integrations.
• Collaborates with Client and Sales Partners to deliver multi-channel integration recommendations.
• Attends client roundtables and strategy workshops as needed.
• Provides market feedback to Product Managers for new functionality and launch preparation.
• Represents the organization at client conferences and trade shows.
• Provides training and support on new product/channel capabilities.
