Job summary

JPMorganChase’s Securities Services team seeks a Client Solutions and Implementations Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for new and incremental business across global markets. You will oversee onboarding, governance, and client satisfaction while collaborating with internal partners to drive improvements.

You will manage multi-location implementations, coordinate sign-offs, and guide cross-disciplinary teams to deliver complex deals with minimal ambiguity in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of key implementation projects, managing resources across locations and disciplines.
• Drive client requirements gathering and propose target solutions.
• Design, document, and secure sign-off on scope and solutions with internal partners.
• Develop and manage project delivery plans, and govern negotiations and plans.
• Mitigate risks, coordinate issue resolution, and manage change.
• Motivate virtual teams and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
