Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Client Solutions Architect Manager in Digital & Design to lead configuration of complex client solutions and support the sales process for technical adoption of product solutions.

You will collaborate with Technology and Sales teams and engage with client executives to deliver multi-channel integrations. Responsibilities include delivering demonstrations, gathering client feedback for product enhancements, and representing the company at conferences while covering

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across a broad range of products with hands-on solution configurations.
• Ability to support Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Experience working with clients in technology and interfacing with engineers.
• Strong payments knowledge: Payables, Receivables, Liquidity, FX, Merchant Services.
• Knowledge of API, host-host, SWIFT, internet and mobile integrations.
• Experience presenting demonstrations to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and modification of products and solutions to fit complex client use cases.
• Support Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to client teams.
• Define development requirements for product design enhancements from client feedback.
• Engage across digital channels, open banking, and integration solutions.
• Represent organization at client conferences and workshops.
• Provide market feedback to Product Managers during development.
• Work with Client and Sales & Service Partners to deliver multi-channel integration recommendations.
