Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a seasoned Client Solutions Architect Manager in Healthcare Payments to lead solutioning for complex client opportunities.

You will guide internal teams and client stakeholders, translate complex requirements into actionable product solutions, and ensure measurable client value through adoption and outcomes. You will collaborate with Technology, Sales, and Product Management to design comprehensive solutions, deliver technical demonstrations, and drive project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across a broad set of related products.
• Deep technical understanding applied to solution configurations.
• Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Leads the configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases
• Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
• Engages with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions
• Identifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback
• Apply a consultative approach with clients, assisting in understanding their current and future needs, and guiding them through complex technical decisions, best practices, and architectural standards.
• Drive detailed solution design documentation (e.g., Project Charters or Statements of Work) by gathering client objectives, technical requirements, project complexity, and desired outcomes, while identifying implementation risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with key internal partners in Banking, Treasury, Client Solutions, Operations, and Product Management to build and maintain effective working relationships.
