Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. in the United States seeks a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 450+ agent workforce with 24/7 coverage.

You will drive clinical call center strategy, patient engagement, and outbound initiatives while balancing cost, quality, and SLAs. The role requires 10+ years in senior clinical call centers or pharmacy operations, a licensed pharmacist, and a proven track record in regulatory compliance, change management, and scalable operations across multi-site teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive leadership in clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing large, remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 high-volume environments.
• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• Deep expertise in process engineering, quality systems, and scalable operations.
• Experience with regulatory authorities (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).
• Strong change management and cross-functional collaboration skills to align launches with execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and scale Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across multiple platforms and sites.
• Drive operational maturity, patient engagement, and initiative execution while balancing cost, quality, and SLAs.
• Lead staffing, capacity, and multi-site governance for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance to align launches with readiness.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home network.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards across operations.
