JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Program Strategy Manager for the AI in Operations Transformation Office to architect AI-driven transformations and drive measurable business impact.

You will map current processes, design AI-enabled workflows, and build compelling business cases to secure funding. You will lead workshops with business and technology partners, challenge assumptions, and ensure designs align with delivery targets and operational constraints, while staying current on AI

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program management & change management experience within large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience applying analytical tools to develop solutions and communicate impact.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of AI-native tooling and transformative initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end current-state mapping of operational workflows and identify AI/automation opportunities.
• Design target-state workflows embedding AI and agentic capabilities.
• Test target-state designs for rigor, feasibility, and value against delivery targets.
• Build business cases with value drivers, investment needs, returns, and success metrics.
• Facilitate design-thinking workshops with cross-functional partners to refine concepts.
• Stay current with evolving AI tooling and advise on production readiness vs. experimentation.
• Collaborate with AI in Operations teams and senior leadership; communicate status and risks.
