• High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution, governance, and acceleration of strategic transformation across CIB Operations.
• Operationalize delivery plans with milestones, metrics, and executive reporting.
• Run governance forums, ensuring accountability and timely decisions.
• Manage delivery health: progress, risks, and benefits realization.
• Deliver executive-ready communications and decision papers.
• Enable cross-functional alignment and follow-through across teams.
• Support thought leadership and special projects on workforce, learning, and ROI.
• Drive CFO-sponsored priorities and the book of work.
