Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate Strategy Program Manager within the AI in Operations Strategy and Transformation Office.

Lead complex programs to advance AI initiatives across Operations, partnering with senior leaders to drive strategy, execution, and standardization. Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication are essential for shaping firmwide technology strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm or internal strategy function.
• Strong client management and executive-level communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to address top strategic priorities
• Develop innovative solutions to transform the business model and product offering
• Develop an understanding of innovation in financial services and emerging technologies to reimagine the future of D&PS
• Prepare for and listen in meetings; gather baseline information and clarify follow-up requests
• Support multiple project work streams
• Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues
• Manage deadlines and timeframes, escalating issues as needed
