Qualifications

7+ years of program management experience delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Strong command of AI and automation technologies and willingness to explore emerging tools.
Structured problem-solving and ability to define outcomes, metrics, and KPIs.
Ability to apply AI/automation to knowledge- and workflow-heavy processes.
Experience with governance, dependencies, risk/issue management, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead AI-enabled transformation programs across control management processes.
Diagnose end-to-end workflows to identify root causes and define measurable outcomes.
Translate opportunities into executable roadmaps with milestones and success measures.
Design solutions across people, process, operating model, data, and technology.
Define operating model changes embedding AI into day-to-day work including roles and handoffs.
Own program delivery and governance, including plans, risks, and executive status updates.
Drive decisions and escalations to maintain momentum and quality.
Partner with lines of defense and business units to align priorities within forums.
