Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience in financial services, strategy consulting, or technology — in strategy, transformation, business management, COO or Chief of Staff roles.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and engage senior executives and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project-management skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution, governance, and acceleration of strategic transformation initiatives across CIB Operations.
• Maintain milestones, dependencies, success metrics, and executive reporting.
• Lead governance forums and drive accountability, transparency, and quick decision-making.
• Manage delivery health across portfolio including risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Deliver executive-ready communications and materials for decisions and actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, clarifying roles and ensuring follow-through.
