Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President, Program Manager – Innovation & AI Transformation in the Controls Room to lead cross-functional transformation programs.

Embedding AI and automation, you’ll align controls with business needs, manage governance, and report progress to senior leadership. You will design end-to-end solutions across people, process, data, and technology, balancing risk, value, and time-to-value while partnering across the three lines of defense.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Strong command of current AI and automation technologies with a forward-looking approach
• Strong structured problem-solving skills including root-cause analysis and process mapping
• Experience defining outcomes, metrics, and KPIs, using data to manage progress
• Ability to apply AI/automation to knowledge- and workflow-heavy processes
• Ability to design solutions across people, process, operating model, data, and technology
• Strong governance and delivery discipline with dependency and risk management
• Change leadership including adoption planning, training, and sustainment
• Risk and controls mindset incorporating privacy and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled transformation programs across control management processes
• Diagnose end-to-end workflows, baseline performance, define outcomes and KPIs
• Discover and size use cases, translate to executable roadmaps with milestones
• Design fit-for-purpose solutions across people, process, operating model, data, and technology
• Define operating model changes embedding AI into day-to-day work
• Own program delivery and governance including plans, risks, issues, and executive updates
• Drive decisions to maintain momentum and deliver outcomes on time and with quality
• Partner across lines of defense, business lines, and functions to align priorities
• Track benefits and value realization with metrics and data feedback
• Produce roadmaps, reporting, and dashboards for stakeholders
