Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Program Strategy Manager for the AI in Operations Transformation Office to redesign how Operations works in an AI-native world. You will map current processes, design AI-enabled target workflows, and build business cases to justify investments.

You will lead design-thinking sessions and advise senior leaders on strategic change, shaping firmwide AI impact across Operations. The role requires fluency with modern AI tools, a product-transformation mindset, and the ability to

Qualifications

6+ years of industry experience in program management & change management within large-scale transformations.
Strategic thinking with ability to apply analytical tools to develop solutions.
Experience with consulting toolkit and analytical approaches.
Ability to operate with ambiguity and deliver results.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end current-state mapping of operational workflows and identify AI/automation opportunities.
Design target-state workflows embedding AI tools and agentic frameworks.
Build business cases with value drivers, investments, returns and success metrics.
Plan and facilitate design-thinking workshops with cross-functional teams.
Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate program status.
