JPMorganChase seeks a Program Strategy Manager for the AI in Operations Transformation Office to redesign how Operations works in an AI-native world. You will map current processes, design AI-enabled target workflows, and build business cases to justify investments.

You will lead design-thinking sessions and advise senior leaders on strategic change, shaping firmwide AI impact across Operations. The role requires fluency with modern AI tools, a product-transformation mindset, and the ability to

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience in program management & change management within large-scale transformations.
• Strategic thinking with ability to apply analytical tools to develop solutions.
• Experience with consulting toolkit and analytical approaches.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and deliver results.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end current-state mapping of operational workflows and identify AI/automation opportunities.
• Design target-state workflows embedding AI tools and agentic frameworks.
• Build business cases with value drivers, investments, returns and success metrics.
• Plan and facilitate design-thinking workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate program status.
