Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City seeks a Vice President, Program Manager – Innovation & AI Transformation to lead cross-functional transformation programs that improve control management outcomes by embedding AI and automation.

You will partner across lines of defense and business teams to design scalable solutions across people, process, data, and technology, delivering measurable roadmaps from pilot to scale within risk and control requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant program management experience delivering cross-functional transformation.
• Strong command of current AI and automation technologies with a commitment to emerging tools and approaches.
• Structured problem-solving skills including root-cause analysis and process mapping.
• Experience defining outcomes, metrics, and KPIs, and using data to manage progress and impact.
• Ability to apply AI and automation to knowledge- and workflow-heavy processes (e.g., triage, knowledge enablement, drafting).
• Design solutions across people, process, operating model, data, and technology with clear requirements and trade-offs.
• Strong governance and delivery discipline including dependency management, risk and issue management, and executive reporting.
• Change leadership capability including adoption planning, communications, training, and sustainment.
• Risk and controls mindset with privacy and regulatory considerations in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled transformation programs across control management processes by embedding AI and automation into workflows.
• Diagnose end-to-end workflows to identify root causes, baseline performance, and define outcomes and KPIs.
• Discover, size, and shape use cases and translate them into executable roadmaps with milestones and success measures.
• Design fit-for-purpose solutions across people, process, operating model, data, and technology, articulating trade-offs across cost and time-to-value.
• Define operating model changes that embed AI into day-to-day work, including roles and escalation paths.
• Own program delivery and governance, including plans, dependencies, risks, issues, decision logs, and executive status updates.
• Drive decisions and escalations to maintain momentum and timely delivery of outcomes with quality.
• Partner across lines of defense and business units to align priorities and execute responsibly.
• Track benefits and value realization by measuring performance against targets and data-driven feedback.
• Produce roadmaps, reporting, and dashboards for stakeholders across the organization.
