Qualifications

• 6+ years in program management or change management in a large-scale transformation.
• Experience applying analytical tools to develop solutions and deliver results.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end current-state mapping of operational workflows and identify AI opportunities.
• Design target-state workflows embedding AI tools and agentic capabilities.
• Build robust business cases with investment requirements and success metrics.
• Plan and facilitate design-thinking workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with AI in Operations teams and senior leadership to drive alignment.
