Job summary

Clarivate seeks a Vice President, Teaching & Learning to shape onCourse, our AI-native platform for higher education. You will lead strategy, market development, and revenue growth, leveraging university relationships and data assets to scale a new growth business.

Own the product vision and roadmap, drive GTM, pricing, and pipeline strategy, and build executive relationships with universities and design partners to accelerate adoption and validation across campuses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership in higher education technology, enterprise edtech, or SaaS.
• 5+ years leading a business unit, product strategy, or GM functions.
• Proven experience launching or scaling disruptive software products.
• Experience owning GTM strategy, pricing, and pipeline development.
• Experience working with higher education institutions and enterprise customers.
• Led cross-functional teams across sales, product, product marketing, technology, finance, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the business strategy, product direction, market development, and revenue growth for onCourse and related Teaching & Learning opportunities.
• Define market focus, customer segments, value proposition, growth model, and investment priorities.
• Set product vision and roadmap priorities in partnership with Technology, grounded in customer needs and commercial goals.
• Lead customer discovery, design partner engagement, and product-market fit validation.
• Own the revenue plan, go-to-market approach, pricing, pipeline strategy, and sales enablement model.
• Develop executive relationships with universities, design partners, early adopters, and strategic prospects.
• Drive pipeline creation, deal progression, customer conversion, and predictable commercial performance.
• Lead an integrated team across sales, product management, and product marketing while collaborating with technology, content, AI, finance, and operations.
• Align senior leaders around the business case, market opportunity, and path to growth.
