Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership in higher education technology.
• 5+ years leading a business unit or general management functions.
• Proven experience launching, building, repositioning, or scaling a software product or new venture.

Responsibilities

• Own the business strategy, product direction, market development and revenue growth for onCourse and related Teaching & Learning opportunities.
• Define market focus, customer segments, value proposition and growth model.
• Set product vision and roadmap priorities with Technology, grounded in customer needs and commercial goals.
• Lead customer discovery and design partner engagement to focus on adoption.
• Own the revenue plan, go-to-market approach, pricing, and pipeline strategy with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Technology.
• Develop executive relationships with universities, design partners, early adopters, and strategic prospects.
• Drive pipeline creation, deal progression, and customer conversion for predictable performance.
• Lead an integrated team across sales, product management and product marketing with close collaboration with technology, content, AI, finance and operations.
• Align senior leaders around the business case, market opportunity and path to growth.
