ADP seeks a VP of Engineering Effectiveness & Workforce Transformation to lead AI-enabled development and drive modernization of software delivery across a global product and technology organization. You will partner with senior leaders to define strategy, governance, and adoption frameworks for AI across planning, coding, testing, security, and deployment.

Formación

• 15+ years of leadership in software engineering, transformation, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation across global tech organizations.
• Proven track record influencing executives in matrixed environments.
• Deep understanding of modern software practices, DevSecOps, and AI-enabled development.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the enterprise strategy for AI-enabled development across GPT.
• Establish governance, standards, and operating principles for AI across all lifecycle stages.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed modern practices into day-to-day delivery.
• Lead adoption of new tooling and measure productivity, quality, and outcomes.
• Communicate progress, investments, risks, and value realization to executives.
