Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in information systems or related discipline.
• 15–20 years of experience in HR technology, digital HR transformation, change management, or related areas.
• Proven experience leading AI, digital, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Experience with HR modules such as SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR AI adoption strategy and roadmap.
• Co-lead the HR AI Champions Network across Group HR and Business Areas.
• Drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI tools and solutions within HR.
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
• Work with HR Communications on communication and change management plans to support AI adoption.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities and translate HR needs into use cases and requirements.
• Drive deployment and scaling of AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency.
• Develop playbooks and frameworks for AI-enabled work.
• Partner with Learning & Development to build AI fluency across HR.
