Job summary

Dynata seeks a V.P. level leader to drive AI Transformation & Value Creation, translating AI into revenue growth, productivity gains, and improved customer experiences. This role partners across the enterprise to accelerate AI adoption with governance and change management.

The candidate will develop the enterprise AI roadmap, manage an AI initiative portfolio, and advise executives on strategic AI investments and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in transformation, strategy, technology, operations, analytics or consulting.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with AI, GenAI, automation, advanced analytics or digital transformation.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management and financial acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise AI transformation roadmap aligned to ROI.
• Advise executive leadership on AI investments, priorities and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional AI and automation transformation programs.
• Establish accountability and governance across stakeholders.
