Job summary

Engine, the AI-native platform for intelligent travel, seeks a Senior Director of Workforce Transformation to lead the enterprise shift as AI reshapes roles and skill needs. You will measure productivity, redesign roles, and build a workforce plan that integrates AI, humans, and external partners.

You’ll report to the Chief People Officer and partner with AI Platform and Applied AI leaders to operationalize capacity, skills, and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• AI-aware leadership experience
• Proven ability to implement workforce programs
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise productivity metrics across functions.
• Model workforce capacity and delivery mix (FTE, BPO, contractors, AI agents).
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and function leaders to embed capacity planning in strategic cycles.
• Define skills pathways as AI adoption evolves the workforce.
