Job summary

Prudential Financial, Inc. of the United States seeks a Vice President, AI Workforce Transformation Leader to architect AI-enabled work redesign. Drive cultural, workforce, and organizational shifts to realize AI value; shape vision, frameworks, and operating models for human‑AI teaming.

The role reports to the Chief Talent & Capability Officer and the Chief Data and AI Officer, partnering with the CDAIO to guide talent strategy, governance, and enterprise change across divisions and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience leading workforce strategy and large-scale transformation in matrixed environments.
• Expertise in job redesign and human‑AI teaming.

Responsibilities

• Shape and champion the vision for AI‑enabled job and work redesign.
• Develop the organizational and work redesign roadmap with frameworks and priorities.
• Define guiding principles for human‑AI teaming and workforce planning.
• Design the organizational model for human‑agent collaboration.
• Lead workforce strategy for agentic AI adoption and governance.
• Design agile, modular structures for scalable AI-driven work models.
• Maintain a standardized AI delivery framework across geographies.
• Lead creation of global work and role redesign processes and playbooks.
