Job summary

Engine is seeking a Senior Director of Workforce Transformation to lead how AI reshapes roles, skills, and planning across the company. You will own productivity measurements, job architecture, and governance for responsible AI in people decisions, partnering with senior leaders to accelerate the transformation.

You will report to the CPO and drive strategic workforce initiatives, including forecasting needs, upskilling, and automation sequencing to sustain high performance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• AI-native mindset with ability to apply LLMs and agents in workforce work.
• Experience leading workforce transformation, architecture, and planning.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders to redesign roles and skills.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise productivity metrics and surface quarterly narratives.
• Redesign roles and career paths to reflect AI-enabled work shifts.
• Own workforce planning and sequencing of upskilling and automation.
• Set governance for responsible AI use in people decisions.
