Job summary

Prudential seeks a Vice President, AI Workforce Transformation Leader to architect AI-enabled work redesign across a global enterprise, driving human–AI teaming, governance, and change management.

You will partner with the CDAIO and business leaders to define standards, frameworks, and talent models that scale AI adoption while maintaining workforce resilience and value delivery across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience leading workforce strategy and large-scale transformation.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and their impact on roles and culture.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI-enabled job and work redesign strategy across the enterprise.
• Define frameworks, guiding principles, and governance for human–AI teaming.
• Lead workforce planning, leadership expectations, and role evolution.
• Design organizational models for human–agent collaboration and supervision.
• Develop KPIs to measure value, productivity, adoption, and ROI of redesigns.
• Oversee governance integrating risk, ethics, privacy, and change management.
