Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise-wide AI-native PDLC/SDLC transformation from strategy to execution in the US. You will influence senior stakeholders, shape the operating model, and build coaching for adoption across divisions and tech teams.

Responsibilities include governance, executive updates, and delivering measurable improvements in capacity, cycle-time, and product throughput while aligning with finance and leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology transformation, program leadership, or engineering operations.
• Proven track record delivering product development and engineering transformations at enterprise scale.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives and senior leaders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with practical execution understanding.
• Deep understanding of modern software delivery lifecycles, including Agile, DevSecOps, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with control, risk, compliance, and audit knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business; Master's is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide scaling of AI-native PDLC and SDLC transformation across the organization.
• Own end-to-end program strategy and execution roadmap from baseline to implementation.
• Manage governance and reporting to Steering Committee and executive sponsor forums.
• Prepare executive-ready updates to frame solution options and decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on future-state operating models for delivery.
• Build and run enterprise coaching and enablement for agentic PDLC/SDLC adoption.
• Plan training for tooling readiness and optimize division capacity.
• Ensure adoption via coaching, team support, and peer learning.
• Drive value realization with measurable improvements in capacity and cycle-time.
• Identify risks and blockers, providing go-forward options.
• Define roadmap with change management, communications, people, finance, and leadership.
