Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in workforce strategy, organizational design and large-scale transformation.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide talent and learning ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision for AI-enabled job and work redesign.
• Define frameworks and operating models for human–AI teaming.
• Lead governance, risk, ethics and change management across AI initiatives.
• Develop talent architectures, career paths and learning ecosystems.
• Define KPIs to measure value, productivity, and ROI across geographies.
