RRD is seeking a Vice President of AI & Software Engineering to drive the transformation into an AI-native organization. You will shape our technology strategy, define modern engineering practices, and lead AI-enabled software delivery across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
10–14 years of technical experience with 4–6 years in direct management.
Experience leading enterprise application modernization and API-first architectures.
Deep understanding of the AI software engineering landscape and AI-enabled delivery.
Ability to establish engineering standards, architecture principles, and governance.

Responsibilities

Define and lead AI adoption across the software development lifecycle.
Maintain awareness of evolving AI engineering practices and align investments accordingly.
Establish measurable impact metrics for AI on productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
Ensure autonomous agents operate within guardrails and modernization standards.
Architect applications and infra to be agent-ready and production-aligned.
