Job summary

Clover Health is seeking a Vice President of Operations to design and run a next-generation, AI-powered care practice. You will own member engagement, scheduling, visit delivery, and follow-up across Clover Care Services' in-home and telehealth programs, partnering with Product and Technology to translate clinical needs into scalable workflows.

This leader will balance operational discipline with product judgment, ensuring clinicians can focus on care while AI handles routine coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own operating strategy and performance of CCS across IHC and CCV, with accountability for member experience, clinician experience, reliable care delivery, and financial results.
• Design the full member journey, including outreach, booking, visit preparation, arrival, telehealth access, and follow-up.
• Build AI into operational execution across member engagement, scheduling, routing, visit preparation, documentation support, and follow-up coordination.
• Create an outstanding clinician experience by reducing administrative work and making relevant member information readily available.
• Partner with Product and Technology to translate operational needs into workflows and product requirements, test them with frontline teams, and ensure adoption.
• Run a disciplined distributed operation covering demand forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, scheduling, routing, and deployment.
• Define where AI can act independently vs. where human review is required and ensure escalation and accountability in the operating model.
• Establish performance measures and operating reviews linking experience to results with Clinical, Analytics, and Finance teams.
• Lead and develop the CCS operations team, redesign roles as technology improves, and grow service capacity faster than operating cost.
• Spend time in the field to understand the actual experience and remove frictions for clinicians and members.
