Clover Care Services in the United States is seeking a VP of Operations to build and run a next-generation, AI-powered home- and telehealth-based care practice. You will own the operating model from member engagement through visit delivery and follow-up, blending operational discipline with product-minded thinking to scale quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading distributed operations in tech-enabled services.
• Proven ability to scale operations using AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong product and user-experience focus.

Aufgaben

• Own the operating strategy and performance across CCS IHC and CCV.
• Design the full member journey from outreach to follow-up, with clear communication and dependable service.
• Build AI into operational execution across engagement, scheduling, routing, and documentation; connect workflows.
• Create an outstanding clinician experience by reducing administrative work and surfacing relevant member information.
• Partner with Product and Technology to translate operational needs into actionable workflows and product requirements.
• Run a disciplined distributed operation, including demand forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, scheduling, routing, and deployment.
• Define where AI can act independently vs. where human review is needed; establish monitoring and accountability.
• Establish performance measures and operating reviews linking experience to results with Clinical, Analytics, and Finance.
• Lead and develop the CCS operations team and evolve roles as technology improves.
• Spend time with field teams to ensure care feels easy and dependable.
