Zusammenfassung

hellocare seeks a Clinical Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end deployment of its AI-enabled virtual care platform within health systems. You will drive adoption, streamline workflows, and reduce clinician burnout by delivering compliant, scalable solutions.

The role reports to the CEO and requires clinical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and strong project management to coordinate cross-functional teams across deployment, training, and ongoing support.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital setting.
Current RN license required.
Proven experience in service delivery and clinical implementations.
Strong understanding of telehealth and virtual care regulations and standards.

Aufgaben

Guide health systems on best practices and compliance.
Lead full lifecycle implementations of hellocare’s platform from deployment to support.
Customize workflows during onboarding to accelerate go-live.
Track KPIs, milestones, and service delivery metrics.
Collaborate with R&D and product teams to incorporate client feedback.
Build long-term relationships with health system clients.
