Job summary

Clover Care Services (CCS) is hiring a Member Engagement Manager to craft campaigns that drive awareness and engagement for home-based and telehealth programs. You will write compelling language, design assets, launch campaigns, and use response data to improve next iterations.

You will collaborate with clinical, legal, and compliance teams, balance Medicare requirements with persuasive messaging, and leverage AI tools to expand output while maintaining quality.

• Experience turning ideas into multi-channel campaigns and assets.

Responsibilities

• Build demand for the practice through multichannel campaigns.
