Fuze Health is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to scale infrastructure for rapid growth, aligning cost, quality, and service SLAs. You will lead inbound call resolution and outbound revenue strategies, overseeing a 450+ agent and licensed professional team in a 24/7 environment.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive executive leadership in large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing remote or multi-site teams in 24/7 operations.
• Pharmacy regulatory compliance knowledge with state boards/DEA.

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto, managing a 450+ agent workforce with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity, patient engagement quality, and high-priority initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies balancing cost, service, and growth across teams.
• Ensure standardized, high-quality performance across a large remote work force and modernize SOPs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety with state boards and DEA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR and Finance on launch readiness.
