Fuze Health is seeking a VP, Call & Clinical Operations to build and scale the infrastructure for rapid growth, balancing cost, quality and SLAs while driving both inbound call resolution and outbound revenue strategies. The role oversees 450+ agents and licensed professionals across multiple brands in a 24/7 environment.
