Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a VP, Call & Clinical Operations to build and scale the infrastructure supporting rapid growth across remote and multi-site teams. You will balance cost, quality, and SLAs while directing inbound call resolution and outbound revenue strategies.

You should have 10+ years of executive leadership in clinical call centers or pharmacy operations, with a track record managing 400+ remote staff 24/7 and a licensed pharmacist background. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive experience in clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience leading large remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs).
• Pharmacy background with licensed pharmacist (RPh) in good standing.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Compliance with regulatory standards and DEA/state boards.
• Change management skills to lead organizational transformations.
• Proven ability to balance cost, quality, and SLAs in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical call and clinical operations across 450+ agents.
• Drive operational maturity and compliant patient engagement.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care professionals.
• Ensure standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance to align launches.
